To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Period & Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days after the order is placed.
- Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (no tape or labels on the product box).
- All original accessories, manuals, and promotional items must be included.
- Opened items may only be returned if unused and in resalable condition.
Processing Fee
- A processing fee of 5% of the item price or $5, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your refund.
- This fee helps cover payment transaction fees, inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Return Shipping & Original Shipping Costs
- Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges (including “free shipping” promotions) are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.
Refused or “Return to Sender” Shipments
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or “return to sender” request, we will deduct from your refund:
- The original outbound shipping cost
- Any carrier return fees
- A GBP 15 handling fee
- To have the package re-shipped, you must pay new shipping charges.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- Report defects or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery by emailing photos and a description of the issue to [email protected].
- Returns requested after 14 days require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.
- After inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. If no defect is found, you are responsible for return shipping and any inspection fees.
Damage in Transit
- If your package arrives damaged, do not discard any packaging materials.
- Report transit damage within 48 hours by emailing photos of the package and item to [email protected].
- Once confirmed, We will do our best to replace or refund items depending on discussion.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products not purchased directly from IGNI RACING
- Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
- Goods showing normal wear and tear or beyond their expected lifespan
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products, software licenses, and gift cards
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- To modify or cancel an order, email [email protected] before it ships. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed.
- Cancellations incur a 5% processing fee.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled; please return unused items per this policy.
Refund Processing
- After we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund (minus restocking, shipping, and any applicable fees) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Processing times vary by bank; please allow a few billing cycles for the refund to appear.
